"I used Garland for my foundation inspection when buying the home and I was pleased with his work. I rehired him to fix the foundation of the separate parking structure and he took the cost of my inspection ($250.00) off the work he performed (I paid $1460 for the work). His crew was punctual, polite, and they finished the service within a day. The foundation looks like it will make it another 100 years! Garland and his crew get an A+ in my book! The crew even took extra time to dig out an area around my gate so that it would open and close easier. Although I would highly recommend the service to anyone, I am hopeful that I have had all of the foundation repair I need completed!"
